RESIZING DIGITAL IMAGES
Digital images have no particular size of their own they
are just a collection of a certain number of pixels. Before working
with images we often need to make resize them
depending on the particular use and resolution of the
device we are using it in.
For example to email you need to make the photo smaller to
speed up download time and not clog an email system, also
to fit on the computer screen.
